  Negative Star Restaurant do not eat here Currently I am helping my son through a horrible Dairy allergic reaction I called the manager and Latham and during our conversation he laughed at me and wanted to contact the insurance company. I requested a dairy free bread which they said was no problem but due to not having that bread they used another one that had milk in it. I would guess lack of training from the manager who laughed at me. I will publish his name as soon as I get it. Do not eat at Panera in Latham, poor quality control and horrible customer service.

  A friendly gent took our order and the ladies that delivered the food right to our table were nice as well. The restaurant was clean and drink area was well-stocked. There was ample seating available with some more private booths toward the back.
  
  The trash/dishes area needed to be cleared but wasn't too full to prevent dropping four people's plates and utensils off.
  
  All four of us enjoyed our food which was hot and fresh, made exactly to our requests. Did you know Panera serves smoothies?! Try one sometime!

  First time customer for me but not my family and it was a take out family dinner.
  
  The sandwich I had tonight was awful. The soup was OK. I hate to leave negative reviews but I spent hard earned money.
  
  First thing first the bacon turkey bravo was missing a main ingredient, bacon.
  
  The sandwich looked as if it was put together with a slingshot. The turkey slice that came on it was cheap and slimy. Cheese was dried out. The avocado was both sides of the bread?? and was old and mushy on one side and sorta fresh on the other. So much for clean fresh.
  
  My dog says thanks.
